Respondent Information

We receive respondent information from our Customers. We are supplied a participant's name, company and email address as well as the name, company and email address of each of their respondents. We are also supplied the relationship of a respondent to the participant (i.e. Manager, Peer, Direct Report etc.).

Customers are responsible for the content of surveys and emails. The Customer also provides company logos for use on survey pages and in reports.

We keep a record of the time and date a Survey Respondent has answered or submitted a survey and provide this information to our Customers by way of a daily Status Report.

We also keep a log of when a Survey Respondent has been sent invitation and reminder emails. This log is deleted at the end of the survey.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep track of a respondent's progress through a survey. These session cookies are discarded when the respondent logs out of the survey, or closes their browser - nothing is retained on their computer regarding the surveys they have answered.

We log a user's session so that we know when, how often and what pages of the survey a respondent has visited. We do not record a respondent's name, instead we record a session id with a unique number that corresponds to a respondent.

We do not use respondent information for any purpose other than to provide services to our Customers.

Survey data

Survey data is encrypted and stored in our database for 3 years.

Once a Survey Respondent has submitted a survey, the Survey Respondent will no longer be able to access the survey. Should a Survey Respondent need to re-access survey responses, they will need to contact the Customer or Survey Administrator.

How we use the information we collect

All respondent information is stored in our database for our Customers' benefit. We use a Survey Respondent's email address to send survey invitations and reminder emails.

Our Staff's Access to Information

Our staff will only access data in order to provide technical or administrative support. We will not for any reason distribute your data other than as we have been directed by the Customer (e.g. sending reports, etc.).

Data security

We have security measures in place to protect your information. User names and passwords must be entered to access a survey. Our site is in a secure environment that uses a firewall and other technology to prevent unauthorised access.

All of our technology and processes are not, however, guarantees of security. You should also bear in mind that submission of information over the internet is never entirely secure. We cannot absolutely guarantee the security of information you submit via the site whilst it is in transit over the internet and any such submission is at your own risk. However, we have implemented HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) to provide encrypted communication over the internet.

Customer Information

We use customer information in the normal course of business, including to contact you regarding technical support, discuss billing issues, or to bring to your attention any aspect of our mutual business. We may also use your contact information to provide you with policy or product updates or to introduce new products and services provided you have indicated that you do not object to being contacted for these purposes.
