Login

For security reasons, you need to login to begin answering a survey. You will need to login using the details which have been emailed to you.

On the login screen, you will see that compulsory entry fields appear in blue. If you do not provide all compulsory details, an error message will appear and you will be unable to login. Make sure you enter these details exactly as they appear in your email.

EXAMPLES of Entry Fields

Generally there are specific entry details used for login. Different companies may use different entry field details. The most commonly used are;

  • FIRST NAME
  • FAMILY NAME
  • EMPLOYEE NUMBER

Once you have entered your entry details, Enter your password into the PASSWORD field. Your password is in your invitation / reminder email. Then Click on the LOGIN button.

If you don't know your password, please contact your Survey Administrator.

  • The password field is case sensitive. Ensure that you enter your password in exactly the same lower or upper case, as given to you by your Survey Administrator.
  • Make sure that you are not entering a space after your given name, family name or password. This will make your login invalid.
  • Once you have logged into the survey, please avoid using the browser's back and forward buttons other than when accessing the help screens.
